Positive: It is the people who really make this hotel excellent. The facilities are great (pool and loungers) and the food is good but the staff are so friendly and always try to go above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you get the absolute best from your visit to the Sahara. They offer activities: overnight desert camp to the Erg Chigaga dunes (if you do this please ask for Hamza, our guide who was absolutely fantastic), camel riding and ATVS which were just brilliant. Thank you all so much
